Arnell-West, Inc. has been the General Contractor on many projects in Utah and surrounding states for the past fourteen years. We are currently updating our Subcontractor and Supplier Information Database and would like to add you to it. We have enclosed a questionnaire to help us get to know you and to select those jobs you would be interested in and qualified for.

We have enclosed a "Subcontractor Bidding Information" sheet that explains some of our bidding procedures.
Also enclosed is a W-9 form. Please complete this form and return it with the questionnaire so that we may have it on file.
